In order to fulfil our legal obligations, and to ensure your safety and security, please understand that we have to apply the following terms & conditions at all times:

S.D.L CHAUFFEURS accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage/property carried in their vehicles. 
S.D.L CHAUFFEURS vehicles will be operated by S.D.L CHAUFFEURS.

S.D.L CHAUFFEURS will not be held responsible for any appointment/flight missed as a result of traffic or hazardous road conditions.
S.D.L CHAUFFEURS reserve the right to charge a 100% surcharge, and/or a minimum of £40, on any travel requests on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. 
S.D.L CHAUFFEURS point out that smoking or the consumption of food is prohibited in their vehicles as stipulated by Elmbridge Vehicle Licensing Authority.
S.D.L CHAUFFEURS operates a minimum charge of £15.00. 
WAITING TIME: We charge £30 on the hour or £8 per 15 minutes. 
CONGESTION CHARGE AND TOLLS: The London Congestion Charge will be charged to the customer if the driver cannot avoid entering the zone during the journey, or if not enough time has been given for the driver to leave the congestion zone. ( This also applies to tolls on the return journey)
PRICING: All prices are based on the use of a luxury executive saloon. 
Prices for Estate cars add 25% to the saloon price, and for m.p.v.s 5-7 add 50/% to the saloon price.
S.D.L CHAUFFEURS fully understands that you are the customers, and are the most important persons in any business. We aim to keep you happy and make your journey as smooth as possible
